Due to the intimate nature of ONE® products and strict health safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unworn apparel and unopened, factory-sealed lifestyle accessories within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all security seals intact, as we cannot accept returns on opened personal care products.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include the RMA slip inside the box before shipping it to our quality control facility using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
